The hotel is situated at the center of St. Petersburg. Excellent view at golden domes of Isaakievsky cathedral, white-blue St. Trinity cathedral and smart St. Nikolay cathedral opens from the 18th floor. You can also see spires of The Admiralty and Petropavlovskaya fortress. The hotel, built in 1967, had become the first St, Petersburg tall house. It's situated at the embankment of Fontanka river, at the cross road of Rizhsky and Lermontovsky avenues (this determined the names of three buildings: "Rizhsky", "Lermontovsky" and "Fontanka").
