Helen's Homestay mission is to let people from different cultures get closer in a hospitable atmosphere of a "sweet home". Dinners are cooked by Mommy Nadya and famous for being nourishing as could be and giving you the feeling of divine contentment! Make your stomach smile by traditional Russian and Siberian three-course meals! BChoose between beet-root soup (borsch)/ local omul fish soup (ukha)/dumplings with meat (pelmeny) for the first course; and make sure yoy tasted pancakes (blyny) with sour cream/caviar/home-made jam or local berries (from Siberian taiga!), Helen�s special cheese cake, fish pie and more. When in Russia eat as Russians do!:)
