The house was built in 1982. In different time there lived many Russian celebrities. The entrance is from a small yard. The stone paved yard is very well light and decorated with a small Japanese garden. The apartment is located on the second floor, has an iron door. There are no more other apartments on this floor. Actual living space in this apartment is 800 ft. Kitchen is big enough, as a hall. From the kitchen to the rooms there is a stair with 3 steps. Corridor is 75 ft. Lavatory is separate ( bath and toilet in different rooms). The livingroom consists of 2 parts: room and a bay and has a sofa-bed. Available to guetst are computer-table, computer, and a photo printer/scanner/copy-machine in the room,a free internet access (limited 1 hour per day at any time. Exceeding the limit is paid separately). The bedroom has 2 separate full size beds, a big wardrobe, a table, 2 chairs, 2 bed-side tables, music center. The beds can be moved to each other and with a help of a thin matress transformed into a 1 king size bed. Fully aquiped, newly renovated kitchen has an antiquarian buffet (19th century). This buffet and the staircase gives the apartment the unique Saint-Petersburg style. The apartment has a water-heater, so it is safe from the hot water disconnection that happens in summer time in the city.
Location Nevsky avenue, 11 is just a minute away from the Palace Square and the Hermitage. The apartment is also only a few minutes walk from all of the major attractions of St. Petersburg - Russian Museum, Admiralty, St. Isaaks and many more. The are plenty of small cafes and restaurants close by, some of which are open 24 hours.
