1. These terms govern all bookings made through ViaggiareinRussia.com web site. You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.

2. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.

3. You have read the ViaggiareinRussia.com Privacy Policy, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. You consent to the use of your personal information by ViaggiareinRussia.com and/or its third party providers and distributors in accordance with the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy.

4. Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation and/or travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and ViaggiareinRussia.com shall come into existence until ViaggiareinRussia.com (a) issues a booking reference number, which will be shown on the Client's account on the website; (b) issues a booking confirmation by email; and (c) receives payment in full. A printout of the booking confirmation with the booking reference number is necessary in order to receive the requested service.

5. Prices are shown in the currency requested by the Client with rates of exchange calculated on a daily basis. Prices may therefore differ on a daily basis to reflect any movement in exchange rate levels. When a booking is made the exchange rate will be fixed at the time the booking is created and will apply to any amendments or cancellations to items within the booking or to any items added subsequently. Exchange rates are determined by ViaggiareinRussia.com.

6. 100% pre-payment for all ordered services is required at the moment of booking . If 100% pre-payment is not received 3 working days prior to arrival the reservation is canceled automatically.

7. You must make payment for extras (such as incidental charges, meals, meal supplements, mini-bar, dry cleaning and laundry) prior to your departure from the hotel.

8. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. In case of paying by bank transfer, your booking will be processed after we verify the funds' receipt at our account.

9. ViaggiareinRussia.com reserves the rights to cancel all reserved services in case payment is made untimely, incompletely or incorrectly.

10. Bookings for travel arrangements will not be accepted less than 5 business days prior to the date of arrival, unless the arrangements requested are shown as "Available".

11. ViaggiareinRussia.com does not or recommend any particular accommodation or travel product. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this web site (including information about travel products, tours and accommodation facilities) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that ViaggiareinRussia.com endeavours to ensure that all the information provided by its suppliers is up to date.

12. Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. ViaggiareinRussia.com shall not be liable for any damages caused by any irregularities or inaccuracies regarding passports, visa or health requirements unless the services mentioned are provided by ViaggiareinRussia.com.

13. Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions:

13.1. Amendments and changes where EITHER the number of rooms (irrespective of room type) OR the number of nights decreases will be charged as below.

13.2. When booking a hotel, passenger name changes or child age changes will incur no charges. All amendments are subject to availability.

13.3. You are only entitled to cancel or amend the booking through ViaggiareinRussia.com during ViaggiareinRussia.com working hours.

13.4. Cancellations or amendments notified directly to the hotel or other accommodation will not be effective. Requests for cancellations and amendments must be made on the ViaggiareinRussia.com website.

13.5. Late cancellation and No Show are subject to cancellation fee equal to: 100% cost of the first night accommodation including breakfast PLUS 100% cost of all other services ordered for the whole period of stay (transfers, excursions, etc.)

13.6. In case a client does not arrive by an appointed time to the place where services start to be granted:

• an order for transfer will be held for 2 hours starting from an appointed time, then it will be cancelled automatically
• an order for accommodation in a hotel will be held for one night, then it will be cancelled automatically;
• an order for excursions and other additional services (guides and interprets, rent a car, etc.) will be cancelled automatically.

13.7. In all cases of Late Arrivals and "No Show" listed above a client will be charged penalties in accordance with the chapter 13.5. of this Document.

13.8. In case of early departure a client according to his written application will be refunded the money for the services that have been ordered and not granted. In case of early departure penalties equal to 1 night accommodation and meals at the Hotel will be charged. Payment for unused transfers and excursions is not refunded.

13.9. All ordered services can be prolonged by ViaggiareinRussia.com according to the written request sent to info@ViaggiareinRussia.com during normal working hours.

14. Bookings which combine accommodation and other Travel Arrangements. We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied as described in this web site. ViaggiareinRussia.com is responsible for any cause or circumstance caused to the Client if any part of the services is not provided as promised. ViaggiareinRussia.com shall not be liable for any damage which results directly or indirectly from the Client's actions, from events which are not related to the service provided, from reasons of force majeure, act of God or from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. We also accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers.

15. We also reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements in case you have failed to pay the final balance or for reasons beyond our reasonable control, and we will promptly send you a notification by e-mail.

16. If we cancel your travel arrangements or are unable to provide the service, you can either have a refund of all money paid to the extent permitted in law or, if available, accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, that is, a service rated at a lower price and a refund for the difference in the price. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements, but occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them by email at the earliest possible date.

17. Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to ViaggiareinRussia.com in writing or by e-mail as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding a single service or more services must be brought to the attention of the local supplier's management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to ViaggiareinRussia.com in writing within ten working days from the date of return

18. ViaggiareinRussia.com reserves the right to change these terms at any time and your use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

19. Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

20. Your booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and ViaggiareinRussia.com.
