Hermitage Museum - the Hermitage ranks among the world’s major museums. Exhibits are displayed in the Winter Palace, as well as the Small, Old and New Hermitages.

Mandroga - Enjoy your visit at this beautiful recreational village with the people of Mandroga. Experience their culture. Enjoy a visit to a museum of Russian vodka and traditional spirit brewing. Here you will become acquainted with the history of the Russian vodka industry.

Kizhi - these greeting islands are the visiting card of this region. This small village is an open-oair museum of wooden architecture provides a breathtaking view from the river. The wonderful churches have been built without any iron part or nail.

Goritsy - As we continue our journey, you will enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you sail through the White Lake and through the Volga-Baltic Canal. When you arrive in Goritsy you will visit the historic Kiril-Beloserskiy Men's Monastery founded in 1397. Here you will discover its rich history and magnificent architecture.

Uglich - The name Uglich is derived from the word "ugol" which means corner, as in corner where the river turns. The view from the Volga River is lovely, with both the Cathedrals of the Resurrection and St. John's Church on the horizon. On your walking tour, you will explore the Church of St. Dmitry-on-the-Blood.

Yaroslavl - though the city is the biggest and most active one of the route, it has conserved a nice style of province life. Yaroslavl has a reach collection of historical and art monuments, it is also known for its wall-paintings in cathedrals and churches. Visit to the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery and Ilya-Prophet Church.

St. Petersburg City Tour - located on numerous islands, the city is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world. Valaam - The island of Valaam is undoubtfully the most picturesque place of the old Finland. Sometimes the name of the island is attributed to the name of the pagan god Baal (Veles), or the biblical prophet Balaam. There is no building, not even a chapel, in the monastery which isn't at least a hundred years old.
