Airport VIP-hall is aimed at serving VIP differently than ordinary clients. There is a special hall with a separate passport control & customs to create comfortable conditions while waiting for the departure, during routine customs & border formalities.

The service is provided for Sheremetyevo-1 and -2 airports, both on departure and arrival.

Special discounts for kids! The service is provided free of charge for kids under 2 years old and at halfprice for kids from 2 to 12 years old.

You will be guided through the passport control by our representative. You may also enter the VIP-hall just saying your name and the destination of your flight. If there are any people seeing you off or meeting you upon arrival, they can enter VIP-hall by saying your name. Those who are meeting your can go through the customs and duty-free zone straight to the aircraft exit.

VIP-arrival hall in Sheremetyevo-2 is situated on the third floor of the airport;
VIP-departure hall is on the second floor, in the left-hand side of the building;
VIP-arrival/departure hall in Sheremetyevo-1 is situated on the first floor, in the left hand side of the building of the airport.
