March 10. "The LAVISH GLUTTONOUS DAY"
Transfer from the airport to the Hotel. Accommodation (5-10 minutes walk to Maslenitsa town).

March 11. "THE MOTHER-IN-LAW EVENING"
Breakfast.
City Tour round the most beautiful places of Moscow - the Cathedral of St.Basil the Blessed, the Tverskaya street the most animated and saucy, the former headquarters of the KGB, University located in Lenin's Hills considered to be the highest point of the city, Russian White House, Kutuzov street and the Victory Park with its fountains and churches.
*Lunch at the local restaurant.
Excursion to the Moscow Kremlin & Kremlin Cathedrals including Armory Chamber. The Kremlin has always been perceived as a symbol of power & might of the Russian land. Each era of Russian history left its architectural mark on the Kremlin. Within the Kremlin walls there are many architectural monuments, churches, cathedrals, museums, etc.
Return to the Hotel.

March 12. "THE DAUGHTER-IN-LAW PARTIES"
Breakfast.
Excursion to the Sergiev Posad (Zagorsk)- the Trinity Monastery of St.Sergius the center of Russian Orthodoxy with its Theological Academy and Seminary. You will have a chance to have a look at Russian church service, listen to the singing. Visit to the museum of Russian icon painting and Doll museum (Sergiev-Posad is native for Matreshka-doll). The trade of real Russian pancakes and a fair of national craft products will also take place!
Lunch at the local restaurant (Zagorsk).
Return to the Hotel.

March 13. "THE FORGIVENESS SUNDAY" On the last day of Maslenitsa everybody used to ask each other for forgiveness. The young married couples made visits to their relatives, presented gifts to their matchmakers, parents and friends, who made presents at the wedding.
Breakfast.
Visit to Estate Museum Kolomenskoe to take part in the festivities and a traditional troika ride. A Great Princes' mansion in the XIV - XVII century. It is the unique art, historical, architectural and nature - landscape museum-reserve, situated in the South region of Moscow. You will have a chance to see traditional attractions devoted to Maslenitsa celebration. The trade of real Russian pancakes and a fair of national craft products will also take place.
* Lunch at the local restaurant.
16:00 Welcome to Triumpalnaya Square - to start the procession to the Vassilievsky spusk headed by an orchestra, an accordionist company, and buffoons. Everybody ask one another for forgiveness in order to redeem themselves from their sins before the Great Lent. They bow to one another and say, "God will forgive you". Maslenitsa is over and so is the winter giving way to the spring.
17.00 - 18:00 - The "Russian song" concert.
21:30 - Burning of the Maslenitsa scarecrow. The closing ceremony.
21:40 - 22:00 - Continuation of the "Russian Songs" concert. Fireworks!!!
Return to the Hotel.

March 14.
Breakfast.
Departure transfer to the Airport.
